Our at-home finger prick tests are highly accurate when instructions are followed correctly. They are developed and validated against standard venous laboratory tests.

Can I eat or drink before taking the test?

Some tests require fasting. Do not eat or drink anything except water for 8 hours before such tests. Check your test instructions for specific requirements.

How do I know if I've collected enough blood?

Fill the collection device to the line indicated. If using a card, ensure the blood completely fills the circle.

Is the finger prick process painful?

The finger prick is quick and may feel like a small pinch. Most people find it only mildly uncomfortable.

How do I send my sample back?

Place your sample in the transparent bag, then into the pre-paid return bag provided. Mail it as soon as possible after collection.

How long will it take to get my results?

Typically, you will receive your results via email or our secure portal within 2-5 business days after the lab receives your sample.

What should I do if I'm having trouble collecting blood?

Make sure your hands are warm. If blood flow stops, wipe your finger with a warm cloth and try squeezing your finger again or use the second lancet.

Are there any risks with at-home blood testing?

The risks are minimal but include slight pain or bruising at the prick site, and rarely, infection.

Can I use these tests for my child?

Please consult with a healthcare professional before using our tests on minors.

What happens if my sample can't be analysed?

If your sample is insufficient or damaged, we will send you a new kit free of charge.

Are my test results confidential?
